Who is Benefit Concepts?

Benefit Concepts has been providing Third Party Administration for IRS Section 125 plans for over 30 years. Incorporated as Adams & Associates in 1986, our name was changed to Benefit Concepts in 1993 to better reflect our primary focus of providing TPA services as well as a full menu of group and voluntary work-site employee benefits.

As a locally owned independent agency, we have positioned ourselves to offer a full array of employee benefits from multiple carriers, tailoring to the needs of the client. To educate the employees about these benefits, we offer one-on-one work-site enrollments as well as digital platforms that communicate benefits through online platforms. We are proud to be able to provide these services to clients that range from state agencies, schools, colleges, banks, municipalities and numerous employers in the private industry.
